Luc Beaubien, Managing Member

Over the past 16 years Mr. Beaubien has started, grown and managed telecommunications service and equipment companies with a focus on wireless Internet in Northern New England. Mr. Beaubien was previously General Partner of a Cambridge based venture capital firm and a management consultant to VC firms and their portfolio companies. Mr. Beaubien is a graduate of the Sloan School at MIT and earned a BEE (computer & power engineering) from McGill University (Montreal).

Bob Jordan, Member

A graduate of Lehigh University, Mr. Jordan had a successful career as a board-level microprocessor programmer. In 2003, he became involved with LastMileNet's community Internet project in Londonderry, VT, which became the foundation for NEWco's current Tri-Mountain operations.
